NEWART ME RootLift Hairspray

RootLift hairspray is designed to give volume and unlimited lift. It can be used on either wet or dry hair. Increases and strengthens the tension in the hair.

Instructions:

Spray evenly on dry hair to ensure you reach the root completely. Secure your hair with your fingertips as desired, add other styling products if desired and blow dry.

Caution: Spray away from eyes. Keep the product away from children.
